Where the information comes from

• Openings, prices, plans and photos come from the care home, or from our staff after speaking with the home, shown as "Havaspot for the home". Each confirmation is dated. A bed open yesterday may be taken today.
• Licence facts such as name, address, licence number, capacity and care type come from public state licensing records kept by the Arizona Department of Health Services. They can lag behind changes at the home.
• ALTCS plans are the plans a home says it accepts, sometimes prefilled from licensing data. Check coverage with the plan and the home.
• Prices always carry the date they were set. They are a guide, not a quote.

How freshness works

Homes not confirmed in the last 7 days drop off the board unless you choose to see them. Homes that have never confirmed are shown as "Not confirmed yet". No home can pay to appear higher.

Before making a decision about anyone's care, contact the home to confirm the opening, the price and whether it can meet the person's needs, visit if you can, and check the home's licence and inspection history with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
