How do I update my beds?
Reply to our weekly text with the number of beds free. Something changed sooner? Text us any time: a number puts your beds on the map, FULL takes them off and SAME keeps them as they are. You can also tap Confirm on your home page.
Who sees my beds and my phone number?
Only placement agents and agencies who are signed in, so they can call or text you. Never the public.
What if I do not reply to a weekly text?
If you do not reply for 7 days, your home drops off the map. One reply puts it back.
Will I get too many calls?
No. Agents call when your home shows a bed free. Text FULL and your bed comes off the map at once.
Do I have to take a resident?
No. You talk with the agent and decide if the resident is right for your home.
How do I stop the texts?
Reply STOP to any text.
Is Havaspot a placement agency?
No. Havaspot does not place residents, does not take a fee and never claims anyone's clients or referrals. It shows agents which homes have room, and they call you directly.
Who sends the weekly text?
Havaspot sends it, always from the same number. Save it in your phone as Havaspot so you know it is us.
